Pygmy shiner explained
The pygmy shiner (Notropis tropicus) is a species of cyprinid fish.[1] It is endemic to the Pánuco River basin in east–central Mexico.[2] Its type locality is Tamesí River at Llera in the state of Tamaulipas.[1] It is a small species, less than 4cm (02inches) in standard length.[3]
