The group formed as a duo consisting of Salvanera and Onuorah, with Haynes joining the group in 2022 after their signing to Atlantic Records. The group are managed by Modest! The UK's Official Charts Company praised "Not a Lot Left to Say", calling it a "breezy bop par excellence" and a contender for "song of the summer".[2]

The track listing collated their singles released to date, as well as remixes, a snippet of a new song and their cover of "Massive".[4]
