Nam phrik phao explained

Nam phrik phao (Thai: น้ำพริกเผา) is a type of Thai chili sauce known as nam phrik. It contains chili peppers, shallots, garlic, fermented shrimp, tamarind, fish sauce and palm sugar.^[1]
