Gmina Wizna is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łomża County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Wizna, which lies approximately 21km (13miles) east of Łomża and 540NaN0 west of the regional capital Białystok.

The gmina covers an area of 133.05km2, and as of 2006 its total population was 4,313 (4,344 in 2011).

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Łomża Landscape Park.
