Gmina Wilkowice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Bielsko County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Wilkowice, which lies approximately 8km (05miles) south of Bielsko-Biała and 550NaN0 south of the regional capital Katowice. The gmina also contains the villages of Bystra and Meszna.

The gmina covers an area of 33.9km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 13,409.
