Gmina Tryńcza is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Przeworsk County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Tryńcza, which lies approximately 13km (08miles) north-east of Przeworsk and 430NaN0 east of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of 70.56km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 8,186 (8,324 in 2011).
