Gmina Tarnogród is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Biłgoraj County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the town of Tarnogród, which lies approximately 21km (13miles) south of Biłgoraj and 990NaN0 south of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 114.25km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,860 (out of which the population of Tarnogród amounts to 3,372, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 3,488).
