Gmina Szypliszki, is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Suwałki County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, on the Lithuanian border. Its seat is the village of Szypliszki, which lies approximately 21km (13miles) north-east of Suwałki and 1260NaN0 north of the regional capital Białystok.

The gmina covers an area of 156.55km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,008.
