Gmina Sulików is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, on the Czech border. Its seat is the village of Sulików, which lies approximately 10km (10miles) south-east of Zgorzelec, and 138km (86miles) west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 95.22km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 6,052.

Gmina Sulików is bordered by the town of Zawidów and the gminas of Lubań, Platerówka, Siekierczyn and Zgorzelec. It also borders the Czech Republic.
