Gmina Starcza is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Częstochowa County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Starcza, which lies approximately 16km (10miles) south of Częstochowa and 470NaN0 north of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 20.1km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 2,823.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Upper Liswarta Forests Landscape Park.
