Gmina Skąpe is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Świebodzin County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the village of Skąpe, which lies approximately 13km (08miles) south-west of Świebodzin, 240NaN0 north of Zielona Góra, and 670NaN0 south of Gorzów Wielkopolski.

The gmina covers an area of 181.28km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 5,067.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Gryżyna Landscape Park.
