Gmina Sitno is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Zamość County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Sitno, which lies approximately 10km (10miles) north-east of Zamość and 780NaN0 south-east of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 112.07km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,774 (6,855 in 2013).

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Skierbieszów Landscape Park.
