Gmina Ropa is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Gorlice County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Ropa, which lies approximately 11km (07miles) south-west of Gorlice and 950NaN0 south-east of the regional capital Kraków.

The gmina covers an area of 49.09km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,058.
