Gmina Puchaczów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łęczna County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Puchaczów, which lies approximately 6km (04miles) east of Łęczna and 290NaN0 east of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 91.7km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,887 (5,513 in 2015).

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Łęczna Lake District Landscape Park.
