Gmina Przesmyki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Siedlce County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Przesmyki, which lies approximately 25km (16miles) north-east of Siedlce and 1090NaN0 east of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 117.13km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,694 (3,414 in 2014).
