Gmina Przemków is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Polkowice County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Przemków, which lies approximately 19km (12miles) west of Polkowice, and 97km (60miles) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 108.04km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 8,329.
