Gmina Przedecz is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Koło County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Przedecz, which lies approximately 21km (13miles) north-east of Koło and 1360NaN0 east of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 76.52km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,319 (out of which the population of Przedecz amounts to 1,771, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 2,548).
