Gmina Platerów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łosice County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Platerów, which lies approximately 12km (07miles) north-east of Łosice and 1250NaN0 east of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 128.97km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,163 (5,035 in 2014).

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Podlasie Bug Gorge Landscape Park.
