Gmina Pawłosiów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Jarosław County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Pawłosiów, which lies approximately 5km (03miles) south-west of Jarosław and 470NaN0 east of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of 47.49km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 8,190 (8,345 in 2013).
