Gmina Ostaszewo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Nowy Dwór Gdański County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Ostaszewo, which lies approximately 12km (07miles) west of Nowy Dwór Gdański and 270NaN0 south-east of the regional capital Gdańsk.

The gmina covers an area of 60.65km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,204.
