Gmina Osie is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Świecie County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Osie, which lies approximately 22km (14miles) north of Świecie, 590NaN0 north-east of Bydgoszcz, and 660NaN0 north of Toruń.

The gmina covers an area of 209.61km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,312.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Wda Landscape Park.
