Gmina Ochotnica Dolna is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Nowy Targ County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Ochotnica Dolna, which lies approximately 23km (14miles) east of Nowy Targ and 650NaN0 south-east of the regional capital Kraków.

The gmina covers an area of 141.03km2, and as of 2006 its total population was 7,921.
