Gmina Nagłowice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Jędrzejów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Nagłowice, which lies approximately 15km (09miles) west of Jędrzejów and 430NaN0 south-west of the regional capital Kielce.

The gmina covers an area of 117.3km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,290.
