Gmina Mniów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kielce County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, located in south-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Mniów, which lies approximately 17km (11miles) north-west of the regional capital Kielce.

The gmina covers an area of 95.27km2. As of 2006 its total population is 9,249. It contains part of the protected area called Suchedniów-Oblęgorek Landscape Park.
