Gmina Milanów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Parczew County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Milanów, which lies approximately 8km (05miles) north of Parczew and 550NaN0 north-east of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 116.64km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,174 (4,016 in 2014).
