Gmina Medyka is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Przemyśl County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, on the border with Ukraine. Its seat is the village of Medyka, which lies approximately 13km (08miles) east of Przemyśl and 720NaN0 east of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of 60.67km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,906 (6,459 in 2013).
