Gmina Małkinia Górna is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrów Mazowiecka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Małkinia Górna, which lies approximately 16km (10miles) south-east of Ostrów Mazowiecka and 900NaN0 north-east of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of 134.08km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 12,224 (12,048 in 2013).
