Gmina Lubenia is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Rzeszów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Lubenia, which lies approximately 13km (08miles) south-west of the regional capital Rzeszów.
The gmina covers an area of 54.77km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,438.
Gmina Lubenia contains the villages and settlements of Lubenia, Siedliska, Sołonka and Straszydle.
