Gmina Lipusz (Kashubian: Lëpùsz) is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kościerzyna County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Lipusz, which lies approximately 14km (09miles) west of Kościerzyna and 640NaN0 south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

The gmina covers an area of 109.2km2, and as of 2022 its total population is 3,767.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Wdydze Landscape Park.

The gmina is twinned with Madawaska Valley, Ontario, Canada.
