Gmina Lipnica (Kashubian: Gmina Lëpińce) is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Bytów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Lipnica, which lies approximately 17km (11miles) south of Bytów and 900NaN0 south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

The gmina covers an area of 309.57km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,796.

Mayor of the municipality is Andrzej Lemańczyk.
