Gmina Kurów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Puławy County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Kurów, which lies approximately 16km (10miles) east of Puławy and 320NaN0 north-west of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 101.3km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 7,892 (7,766 in 2015).
