Gmina Kolbuszowa is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Kolbuszowa County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the town of Kolbuszowa, which lies approximately 30km (20miles) north-west of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of 170.59km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 24,486 (out of which the population of Kolbuszowa amounts to 9,172, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 15,314).
