Gmina Kobiór is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Pszczyna County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Kobiór, which lies approximately 9km (06miles) north of Pszczyna and 220NaN0 south of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 49.5km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 4,890.
