Gmina Kościelec is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Koło County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Kościelec, which lies approximately 6km (04miles) south-west of Koło and 1160NaN0 east of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 105.9km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,667.
