Gmina Kcynia is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Nakło County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Kcynia, which lies approximately 18km (11miles) south-west of Nakło nad Notecią and 380NaN0 west of Bydgoszcz.

The gmina covers an area of 297.02km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 13,730 (out of which the population of Kcynia amounts to 4,679, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 9,051).
