Gmina Gromadka is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in southwestern Poland. Its seat is the village of Gromadka, which lies approximately 17km (11miles) north-east of Bolesławiec and 93km (58miles) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The gmina covers an area of 267.3km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 5,355.
Gmina Gromadka is bordered by the gminas of Bolesławiec, Chocianów, Chojnów, Przemków, Szprotawa and Warta Bolesławiecka.
The gmina contains the villages of Borówki, Gromadka, Krzyżowa, Modła, Motyle, Nowa Kuźnia, Osła, Pasternik, Patoka, Różyniec and Wierzbowa.
