Gmina Grębocice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Polkowice County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Grębocice, which lies approximately 13km (08miles) north-east of Polkowice, and 81km (50miles) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 121.89km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 5,358.
