Gmina Drzewica is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Opoczno County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the town of Drzewica, which lies approximately 15km (09miles) north-east of Opoczno and 790NaN0 south-east of the regional capital Łódź.

The gmina covers an area of 118.42km2, and as of 2016 its total population is 10,649 (out of which the population of Drzewica amounts to 3,913, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 10,649).
