Gmina Domaniów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Oława County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Domaniów, which lies approximately 13km (08miles) west of Oława, and 27km (17miles) south of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 94.31km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 5,162. It is part of the larger Wrocław metropolitan area.
