Gmina Ceranów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Sokołów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Ceranów, which lies approximately 26km (16miles) north of Sokołów Podlaski and 960NaN0 north-east of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 110.83km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 2,448 (2,331 in 2013).
