Gmina Bytom Odrzański is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Nowa Sól County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Bytom Odrzański, which lies approximately 11km (07miles) south-east of Nowa Sól and 320NaN0 south-east of Zielona Góra.
The gmina covers an area of 52.41km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 5,424.
Apart from the town of Bytom Odrzański, Gmina Bytom Odrzański contains the villages and settlements of Bodzów, Bonów, Bycz, Drogomil, Królikowice, Kropiwnik, Małaszowice, Popowo, Sobolice, Tarnów Bycki and Wierzbnica.
Gmina Bytom Odrzański is bordered by the gminas of Niegosławice, Nowa Sól, Nowe Miasteczko, Siedlisko and Żukowice.
