Gmina Baruchowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Włocławek County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Baruchowo, which lies approximately 23km (14miles) south-east of Włocławek and 750NaN0 south-east of Toruń.

The gmina covers an area of 107.05km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,644.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Gostynin-Włocławek Landscape Park.
