Gmina Banie is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Gryfino County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Banie, which lies approximately 21km (13miles) south-east of Gryfino and 360NaN0 south of the regional capital Szczecin.
The gmina covers an area of 205.81km2, and as of 2006, its total population is 6,350.
Gmina Banie contains the villages and settlements of Babinek, Banie, Baniewice, Dłusko Gryfińskie, Dłużyna, Górnowo, Górny Młyn, Kunowo, Lubanowo, Otoki, Parnica, Piaseczno, Piaskowo, Rożnowo, Skotniki, Sosnowo, Swobnica, Trzaski and Tywica.
