Gmina Łabunie is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Zamość County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Łabunie, which lies approximately 10km (10miles) south-east of Zamość and 860NaN0 south-east of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 87.48km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,257 (6,295 in 2013).
