Futalosine hydrolase (futalosine nucleosidase, MqnB) is an enzyme with systematic name futalosine ribohydrolase.^[1] This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction

futalosine + H₂O

\rightleftharpoons dehypoxanthine futalosine + hypoxanthine

This enzyme catalyses the second step of menaquinone biosynthesis.
