Fucoidanase (alpha-L-fucosidase, poly(1,2-alpha-L-fucoside-4-sulfate) glycanohydrolase) is an enzyme with systematic name poly((1->2)-alpha-L-fucoside-4-sulfate) glycanohydrolase.[1] This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction
