Bulus (Russian: Булус; Yakut: Булуус, Buluus) is a rural locality (a selo), the only inhabited locality, and the administrative center of Tyubinsky Rural Okrug of Namsky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia, located 77km (48miles) from Namtsy, the administrative center of the district.[2] Its population as of the 2010 Census was 408,[3] up from 405 recorded during the 2002 Census.
