Baye-Baye (in Tagalog pronounced as /ˈbaje ˈbaje/) is a Filipino dish made from grated young coconut mixed with either newly harvested rice (pinipig) or corn and shaped into patties. It is a specialty of Pavia, Iloilo.[1] [2]
