Bacterial leucyl aminopeptidase (Aeromonas proteolytica aminopeptidase) is an enzyme.[1] [2] [3] This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction
Release of an N-terminal amino acid, preferentially leucine, but not glutamic or aspartic acids
This is a zinc enzyme.
