Adrenalitis Explained

Adrenalitis is the inflammation of one or both adrenal glands, which can lead to an insufficiency of adrenaline or noradrenaline.

Types can include:

• Xanthogranulomatous adrenalitis^[1]
• Autoimmune adrenalitis (a major cause of Addison's disease)
• Hemorrhagic adrenalitis
